What one contract covers

Phone, chat or email. An engineer picks up within 15 minutes, on average in under five, and stays on it until it is fixed.

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace set up, licensed, secured and looked after, including migrations from whatever you have now.

Managed endpoint protection, multi-factor sign-in, patching within seven days of release and a monthly report you can read.

Encrypted offsite backups of every server, mailbox and shared drive, with a restore test every month and the result in writing.

A new person gets a laptop, accounts and access before their first morning. A leaver loses all of it within the hour.

Six services, one monthly price per user

Helpdesk

Unlimited support for every person and device, remote first and on site the same day when it needs hands.

Cloud and email

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace set up, secured and managed, with migrations done outside your hours.

Endpoint protection, multi-factor sign-in, patching and phishing training, reported monthly in plain English.

Backups and recovery

Encrypted offsite copies of everything, tested every month, with a written recovery plan you have seen.

Networks and Wi-Fi

Firewalls, switches and access points monitored around the clock and replaced before they fail.

Hardware and setup

Laptops sourced, configured and delivered ready to sign in, then tracked until they are retired.
How support works

What happens when something breaks

You call, chat or email, any hour

The helpdesk is staffed around the clock by our own engineers. No call centre, no ticket number to quote back.

An engineer, not a queue

The person who answers is the person who fixes it, within 15 minutes of you getting in touch.

Fixed remotely in minutes

Nine issues in ten are resolved on the first call, over a secure remote session you can watch.

On site the same day if not

Hardware, cabling and anything that needs hands gets an engineer at your desk before the day is out.

A short note afterwards

What broke, what we did and what would stop it happening again, in a paragraph you can forward.
Per-user pricing

One price per person, everything included

You pay for the people on your team, not for tickets, hours or devices. Add a starter and the bill goes up by one line; a leaver takes it back down. The portal shows every supported user, every device and what it cost this month.

What clients say after the first year

We moved to Gridline after our old provider took two days to answer an email. Now the phone is picked up in a couple of minutes and the problem is usually gone before I have made a coffee.
Helen Marsh
Office Manager, Corwell Group
The per-user price was the thing that sold the board. One number, no invoices for extras, and it has not changed in eighteen months.
Daniel Okafor
Finance Director, Tarrant Estates
They tested our backups in the first week and found that half of them had not run since March. I did not know that was a thing you could check.
Priya Raman
Operations Lead, Ardent Hotels
Eight new starters in one month, every one of them with a laptop and a working login on day one. Our last IT company needed a week per person.
Marcus Lindqvist
Founder, Brightwater
The monthly report is a page long and I read it. That is more than I can say for anything the previous lot sent.

Frequently Asked Questions

Within 15 minutes, in the contract. Last year the average first response was 14 minutes by email and under three minutes by phone, and nine issues in ten were closed on the first contact.

Everything on the plan for every device that person uses: unlimited helpdesk, security tooling, patching, backups, licensing management and the on-site visits. Hardware itself is the only thing invoiced separately, and only when you ask for it.

No. Plans are 30-day rolling after a three-month start. If you leave, we hand over documentation, passwords and every account to you or your next provider within ten working days.

We audit it in the first two weeks, fix anything dangerous straight away and give you a short list of what should change, with a cost for each item. Nothing gets replaced just because it is not ours.

Yes. Most clients have two or three sites and a good share of people working from home. Remote support is the same everywhere; on-site visits are within the areas listed on the contact page.
